Suzuki has launched V-Strom 1000 adventure bike in India at Rs 15 lakh (Ex Showroom Delhi). It is powered by a 1037cc that churns out 99.2Bhp at 8,000rpm and 103Nm of torque at 4,000rpm. Suzuki V-Strom 1000 is an adventure tourer and unique styling. The engine is mated to a six-speed manual transmission.
The high-placed headlights give it a distinct look and more sportier. The instrument cluster features multi-information display and high quality transmission with a tons of mode selection. 2014 Suzuki V-Strom gets a LED tail-light, it also features the adjustable wind screen.

V-Strom 1000 comes with inverted telescopic front forks, and a rear monoshock. Booking has already started, deliveries expected to start by the end of this month. It will be competing with the bikes like Triumph Tiger Explorer, Ducati Multistrada 1200 S Touring and BMW 1200 GS.
